Shipping Costs
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: free shipping on all orders.
- European Union: free shipping on orders over €260. Standard rate €19 for smaller orders.
- Non-EU Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Israel: free shipping on orders over €320. Standard rate €29 for smaller orders.
- Rest of the World: Flat rate €49.
Delivery Times
- European Union: 1-5 business days.
- Non-EU Europe, the USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Israel: 2-6 business days.
- Rest of the World: 3-7 business days.
Documentation
- Within the EU: Shipments do not include invoices or value declarations.
- Outside the EU: As required by customs regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the merchandise.
Duties & Taxes
- European Union, USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Israel: duties and taxes included in the final price at checkout. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
- Customers outside these countries will be responsible for paying any import duties, clearance fees, or other fees assessed during the transportation of your order. DOLITA has no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation needed by customs in the buyer's country are correctly provided and in the correct form.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery progress.
Prices & Currencies
All prices and final invoices are issued in Euro (EUR).
Non-Received Items
If a package cannot be delivered due to a customer’s lack of cooperation (e.g., refusal, incorrect information, or failure to collect), it may be returned to DOLITA at the customer’s expense. Any import fees applied upon re-entry into the EU will be deducted from the refund amount.
